Advance Adapter
This kit will take a Toyota Truck gear reduction housing and couple it to either the Jeep Dana 300 or the Atlas transfer case. The adapter is 3.625” in length and adapter material is 356 T-6 heat treated aluminum alloy. The kit includes a adapter plate for the Toyota gear box, adapter housing to the 300 or Atlas, reduction housing output shaft, shift rail bushing, o-ring, needle bearings for cluster, drain plug, special key stock, fastening hardware and adapter instructions.
Transfer Case
The adapter assembly fits the1980-86 Jeep Dana 300. All 300s use a 23 spline input. Some of the adapters we manufacture include a new Dana 300 input with a different input spline. Therefore, if you obtain a Dana 300 from a salvage yard, please verify the input spline.
Or the Atlas transfer case with a 23 spline input right of left hand drop.
The Toyota Truck gear driven transfer cases were used from 1979-95, 4 cyl applications. It can be identified by 7 bolts attaching the tailhousing to the transfer case.

We offer a new Toyota heavy duty housing for the low gears on the Toyota transfer case. This housing has clearance for the stock ratio plus the 4.7 low ratio.
