Atlas Gear Sets
Even in rugged transfer cases like the Atlas series, the gears may eventually wear down, especially when you're constantly towing or going off-road. Quickly get your transfer case back into like-new condition with a set of Advance Adapters Atlas T-case gears. Swapping them at the first signs of trouble - which can include shifting problems, grinding noises, vibrations or the 4WD simply not engaging - will restore performance and reduce the risk of damage to other components. New transfer case gear packages are also a great way to change the final drive ratio if you switch transmissions or plan to use the vehicle differently.
Premium Atlas Transfer Case Gears
Currently, Advance Adapters offers new gears for our universal two-speed transfer case builder kits. This includes the competition-ready G2 Pro Series and the all-around Atlas Trail Series. For the G2, you can get standard gears or super-finished transfer case gears that reduce friction for better performance and longer operating life. We hope to eventually offer replacement gear for our four-speed transfer cases, so check back for updates.
Atlas gears are available in all the same ratios that you can get with a new transfer case. They're made in the U.S. following the same machining and manufacturing process for proven performance.
