1984-95 Toyota Truck Transmission Adapter for GM 4.3L Engines
If you are planning to drop a GM 4.3L engine into your compact Toyota pickup, an Advance Adapters Toyota bellhousing kit will give you the right fit. This adapter bellhousing assembly is used to adapt GM 4.3L V6 and V8 engines to a 1984-95 Toyota truck five-speed manual. These transmissions are identified as the G52, G54, W56 and G58. They were used in four-cylinder non-turbo trucks only.

GM Engine to Toyota Transmission Adapter
You can use this bellhousing kit whenever you’re doing an engine swap on a Toyota truck or replacing the transmission on an existing custom pickup. The kit includes a 356 T-6 aluminum bellhousing, a universal dust cover plate, a pilot bushing, a throw-out arm, a slave cylinder push rod, a slave cylinder push rod end, a ball pivot, fastening hardware and adapter instructions.
Engines that work with this adapter are the Chevy 3.8L V6, 4.3L V6 Vortec and the Chevy Small Block V8 Gen 1 and Gen 2. Click the “Specifications” tab for a full engine and transmission compatibility list. This kit is not intended for use with any LS engine.
Late model GM 4.3 V6 with an aluminum oil pan requires a 168th flywheel (CF700160) and must use starter 22-0001. Please use kit 712560V for this conversion.GM 4.3L V6 conversion applications with a 168th flywheel will experience header interference with the slave cylinder and throw-out arm. At that time, it is recommended that a muffler shop custom-make an exhaust down pipe.
