This shifter has been designed around stock JK console. The console needs to be taken apart and the stock shifter removed for the installation of the new cable linkage.
This kit provides clearance when installing a Atlas up to a Rubicrawler gear box. This kit could be used also on a JK looking for a transfer case with a right hand drop (passengers side).
When installing an Atlas into a JK you will need a computer interface for the drivetrain low range switch. P/N 300377A .
